By using the Oasis Web site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS OF USE (explained below), PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the Oasis Web site.
Oasis reserves the right to make changes to the Oasis Web site and it’s Terms of Use at any time. Each time you visit the Oasis Web site; you should visit and review the then current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that to your transaction and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with the Oasis Wed site, its content or Terms of Use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Best Buy Web site.
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
By using the Oasis Web site, you expressly agree that use of the Oasis Web site is at your sole risk. The Oasis Web site is provided as an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. Oasis nor its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of the respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, “Associates”) warrant that use of the Oasis Web site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Oasis nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Oasis Web site or the products or services offered for sale on the Oasis Web site. Further, Oasis makes no representation that content provided on the Oasis Web site is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States.
Under no circumstances shall Oasis or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Oasis Web site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Oasis Web site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Oasis has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Oasis Web site. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Products and Services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Oasis reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a transaction has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Oasis will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge in the case when a refund is requested and services have been rendered. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Payment is processed on all shipments immediately before the shipping label is presented. A refund will be granted when a shipment has not been tendered to the carrier. The label must be able to be voided. Any refund request should be sent to info@oasistrucking.com along with a tracker and invoice number for fast processing.
We do not directly insure any packages. All packages have $100 insurance through the carrier. You may purchase extra insurance through the carrier by entering an insurance value. In the event of a damaged package, the recipient should sign for the package as damaged. In the event of a damaged or lost package Oasis will help in processing the claim with the carrier. Inquiries for lost or damaged packages should be sent via email to info@oasistrucking.com.
We reserve the right to refuse, hold or return any shipment and may do so at our sole discretion and without liability to us. We will execute that right when, but not limited to when the shipment may cause damage or delay to other shipments, property, or personnel; the shipment is likely to sustain damage or loss in transit because of improper packaging or otherwise; the shipment contains any prohibited items; the account of the person or entity responsible for payment is not in good credit standing; or when acceptance of the shipment may jeopardize our ability to provide service to other customers.
We have no liability whatsoever for refusal or rejection of shipments.
Packages cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes or U.S. military post office boxes
A pickup is not included in the shipment rate. If you already have a regular pickup with the carrier, no charges will be assessed. You may also take the shipment without an extra charge to and of these locations: Fedex drop box, Fedex Business Service Center, or Local Fedex Shipping Station. Courier pickups will be charges a $15.00 fee. Pickup requests can be sent to info@oasistrucking.com.
Any shipment that is deemed undeliverable will be sent back to the shipper when information is available. An undeliverable shipment is determined by the carrier’s standards. Charges incurred in any way for a shipment to be sent back to the shipper will be charged to the “bill to” party of the original shipment. The billing party agrees to these terms when creating a shipment.
We reserve the right to verify the method of payment for any shipment and to refuse any shipment for which the method of payment cannot be verified. We reserve the right to audit shipments made via any means, including but not limited to, an electronic shipping device, to verify service selection and shipment weight. If the service selected, weight, or dimensions are incorrect, we may make appropriate adjustments to the ship charges at any time. Oasis is not liable for incorrect information that is entered rather the shipper/billing party is responsible for any extra charges that may incur because of miscalculation, errors in entering information, or deliberate misrepresentation.
